Privacy Policy

'Beyond Clinic' (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') values your personal information and complies with the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection." The Company will inform you through this Privacy Policy about how your personal information is used and what measures are taken to protect it. 4. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction

The Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as follows.

Destruction Procedure
Information entered for membership registration is moved to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (or to a separate file cabinet for paper documents) and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to retention and use period) before being destroyed.
Personal information moved to a separate DB is not retained except in cases required by law and is not used for other purposes.
Destruction Method
Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that cannot reproduce the records.

5. Personal Information Provision

The Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties in principle. However, exceptions apply in the following cases.

When users have given prior consent
When required by law or when requested by investigative agencies according to procedures and methods specified by law for investigative purposes

6. Outsourcing of Collected Personal Information

The Company may outsource the collection, handling, and management of your personal information to external parties for service improvement.

When outsourcing personal information processing, the outsourcing agency and such fact will be notified to you in advance through the homepage.

To view or modify personal information of users or children under 14, click 'Personal Information Change' (or 'Member Information Modification'), and to withdraw consent, click "Member Withdrawal" and go through identity verification to directly view, correct, or withdraw. Alternatively, contact the personal information manager in writing, by phone, or email, and we will take action without delay.

If you request correction of personal information errors, we will not use or provide the personal information until the correction is completed. Also, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to third parties, we will notify the third parties of the correction results without delay to ensure correction is made. The Company processes personal information deleted or withdrawn at the request of users or legal representatives according to the "Personal Information Retention and Use Period" specified by the Company and processes it so that it cannot be viewed or used for other purposes.
